Large black Ramshorn, shofar with a mid tone robust sound.
Medium difficulty to play/average playability.

A heavy thick walled black ram horn that measures approximately 15 inches on the outside curve. They are measured by the longest outside curve. So this is considered fairly long for a Rams horn.

The black is fairly difficult to engrave Because it heats up more than the lighter Shofars. It seems to almost have a melting effect. I have filled the engraving best as I can with silver Inc./silver leaf. 😁 It is not as neat as the light color/tan shofar, But the lion is still clearly visible.
